About Jennifer Defreitas

Jennifer DeFreitas is a seasoned real estate professional with more than two decades of experience serving communities across South Florida and the Tampa Bay region. She began her career in 2003 after becoming licensed to sell real estate and later expanded her credentials by earning her Community Association Manager (CAM) license. In 2007, Jennifer joined a respected Management Group, where she successfully managed a community of 1,249 single family homes in Broward County.

In 2010, she relocated to Tampa and continued her work with the same organization, overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential properties spanning from Bradenton to downtown Tampa. Her ability to build strong relationships, maintain organized operations, and support homeowners made her a trusted leader in every community she served.

Jennifer continues to draw on years of hands on experience and a deep understanding of the South Florida market. Throughout her career, she has closed numerous transactions and is known for working closely and attentively with every customer she represents. After returning to Broward County in 2019, she continued to grow her business and strengthen her presence in the community she knows best.
